Who we are
Rooted in the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt عليهم السلام
Established in 2023 by the Afghan Shia community of Fort Worth, Marifat Center is a home for Shia Muslim families across North Texas. We come together for our children's education, Muharram majalis, and the sacred nights of Ramadan and Qadr — while working to build a permanent mosque for generations to come.
More than a masjid, Marifat is a place where children learn their faith, families find support, and neighbors of every background are welcomed with warmth.
